The WIRED conversation illuminates how technology is changing each side of our lives—from culture to enterprise, science to design. The breakthroughs and improvements that we uncover result in new ways of considering, new connections, and new industries. The transhumanism motion is founded upon the “continued evolution of human life past its present human kind” through science and technology, informed by “life-promoting ideas and values.” The movement gained wider reputation within the early 21st century. Other fields of ethics have had to deal with technology-related issues, together with navy ethics, media ethics, and educational ethics. All of those have had a major impact on the environment of the earth. As technology has advanced, so has the unfavorable environmental influence, with the releasing of greenhouse gases, like methane and carbon dioxide, into the atmosphere, causing the greenhouse impact, steadily heating the earth and inflicting world warming.
