Skechers Releases Limited Edition Boot for Kane
Skechers has released a limited-edition white and gold SKX_2 Elite Boot to celebrate Harry Kane’s Ballon d’Or win. The boot, called the “Mark of Greatness,” is inspired by a one-of-one SKX_2 Elite boot that Skechers customized with real 24-karat gold leaf for Harry Kane.
A special run of 73 SKX_2 Elite ‘Mark of Greatness’ boots pays tribute to Harry Kane’s 73 goals across 65 games for Bayern Munich and England. These collectible boots launch today, showcasing Kane’s autograph, golden accents on the Skechers ‘S’ emblem, and a gold-toned outsole.
Celebrating a Historic Achievement
Harry Kane capped off a career-defining season with the ultimate validation of football greatness, winning the Ballon d’Or on Monday, October 26. He also earned Striker of the Year at the ceremony and earlier this year received his second European Golden Shoe and set the all-time record for goals scored by a player for England at the World Cup.

Harry Kane stated that winning the Ballon d’Or after such a memorable year of goals, trophies, and special milestones was an incredible honour, and to receive this award in his hometown made it even more special. A Bespoke Boot and Commemorative Book
Each ‘Mark of Greatness’ boot comes with a special booklet chronicling Kane’s historic season through Skechers’ perspective. The publication revisits the iconic moments and footwear from his goal-scoring campaign, letting supporters relive his defining football achievements.
To mark the occasion, Skechers partnered with British jeweler Deakin & Francis to craft a custom gold signet ring for Kane. Engraved with his ‘Mark of Greatness’ and featuring a lion clutching a key, the ring displays the number 73 and his initials—honoring his dominant 2025/26 performance.
